it is virtually impossible to drink too much glaceau vitaminwater. glaceau vitaminwater is carefully formulated to deliver functionality safely. the risk is that drinking glaceau vitaminwater can be habit forming and it’s a very difficult habit to break!

is glacéau vitaminwater® safe to consume while pregnant?
many women do enjoy glaceau vitaminwater during pregnancy. all ingredients are listed on the bottle, if you have any specific concerns regarding ingredients in glaceau vitaminwater we recommend that you speak with your health care professional. glaceau vitaminwater energy, which contains caffeine is not recommended for pregnant women.

do any varieties of glacéau vitaminwater contain caffeine?
caffeine is found in only one glaceau vitaminwater variety - energy (tropical citrus). it contains 82 mg of natural caffeine per 500mL bottle

what is natural caffeine?
natural caffeine is caffeine that’ been obtained from a natural source such as plants or coffee beans.

is there sugar in glacéau products?
yes. we use a proprietary blend of crystalline fructose and pure cane sugar in glacéau vitaminwater.

what is the source of your water?
we source municipal water that goes through two filtration processes - ultrafiltration membranes and granular activated charcoaldeionized and/or reverse osmosis treated. it is then enhanced with nutrients, natural flavours, natural colours and natural sweeteners.

are all glacéau products kosher?
yes.

do any glacéau products contain gluten?
no. all glaceau vitaminwater variants are gluten free.

what is the shelf life of glacéau vitaminwater?
the shelf life of glaceau vitaminwater is six months.
